1.2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
- Providing services and improving them. In order to provide the services offered and improve them to your satisfaction, we process your personal data.
- Processing an order for goods or services, ordered either via our website, mobile application or customer service line. The legal reason here is the necessity for the fulfillment of the purchase contract and, for selected data, for the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. accounting documents).
- Customer support. To ensure customer service and to eliminate any problems in the fulfillment of the purchase contract, we process your personal data on the basis of the necessary fulfillment of these contracts.
- Communication. We use the collected data for the purpose of communicating with you and for its individual customization. For example, we may contact you by phone, email, in-app or otherwise to remind you that you have items in your online cart, help you complete your order, inform you of the current status of your request, order or complaint or obtain further information from you, or notify you that you must take action to maintain the active status of your account. If third parties use the data within the scope of their legitimate interest, the controller is not responsible for this processing. This processing is governed by the personal data processing policies of the respective companies and individuals.
2. DATA SECURITY AND STORAGE PERIOD
- We secure our websites and other systems using technical and organizational measures against the loss and destruction of your data, against access to your data by unauthorized persons, its modification or dissemination.
- We require our processors to demonstrate that their systems comply with the GDPR.
- Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. The operator does not assume responsibility for the misuse of passwords used, unless it directly causes this situation.
3. PROCESSING PERIOD
We process and store personal data:
- for the period strictly necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract, i.e. for the duration of the order and the warranty period.
- 1 year from the end of the warranty period for the purpose of resolving potential disputes.
- for the period for which the operator is obliged to store data according to generally binding legal regulations. Accounting documents, e.g. invoices, are archived in accordance with the law for 10 years from their issuance.
- Consent to marketing offers is valid for 2 years.
- In other cases, the processing period results from the purpose of the processing or is given by legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.
4. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
- If we process your personal data, you can request free information about the processing of your personal data at any time.
- If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your personal data and the legal conditions for the protection of personal data, you can request an explanation, request that we eliminate the situation that has arisen, in particular, you can request the correction, addition, destruction of personal data or blocking of personal data.
- You also have the right to contact the Data Protection Officer or the Office for Personal Data Protection with your request at any time.
- You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized; however, this does not apply to personal data that the operator needs to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. processing an order that has already been placed) or to protect its legitimate interests.
